I’m thrilled to share a significant milestone in my professional development: I’ve completed the first module of the Certificate in ADHD-Specialist Coaching with Gold Mind Academy! This is an exciting step forward as I deepen my understanding and sharpen my coaching approach to support neurodivergent clients more effectively.
This initial module – ADHD for all – has been transformative, providing not only a deeper understanding of ADHD but also a better understanding of models and strategies to enhance my coaching practice. It’s helped me to truly develop my “ADHD lens,” equipping me with insights to better understand the unique challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals, not least myself.
What excites me most is the opportunity to integrate these learnings into my work. Whether I’m coaching individuals one-to-one or working with teams, these skills will allow me to create environments that foster growth, collaboration, and success. My aim is to empower people to embrace their potential and create conditions where they can thrive—not just despite ADHD but because of the unique perspectives it can bring.
This is just the beginning of my journey to becoming an ADHD-specialist coach. I’m looking forward to continuing this learning process in 2025, with the goal of bringing even greater value to my clients.
